He has been a Consultant Vascular Surgeon since 2008.

His clinical work includes management of complex aortic disease, including aneurysms, aortic dissection, and occlusive vascular disease. He performs both open surgical repair and endovascular stent-based procedures.
His specialist practice includes advanced aortic stenting techniques for complex aneurysmal disease. He has contributed to the development of institutional services in complex endovascular repair, including involvement in early adoption of stent-based interventions for extensive aortic pathology and the establishment of training in simulation-based endovascular techniques.
He also treats peripheral vascular disease, including lower limb arterial occlusive disease, with interventions such as angioplasty, stenting, and bypass surgery. He manages carotid artery disease for stroke prevention.
